Installation Guide
Important: Material & Chemical Notice
This product is made from PLA (polylactic acid). Adhesive, sealant, primer and cleaner selection is the installer’s responsibility. PLA can be damaged by some solvent-based products (including solvent cements and contact adhesives) and by chemicals containing aggressive solvents such as ketones (e.g. acetone/MEK), THF, chlorinated solvents (e.g. DCM/chloroform) and aromatic solvents (e.g. toluene/xylene). Always check the third-party SDS/TDS and perform a spot test on an off-cut or hidden area before full installation.
Step 1: Preparation
Ensure the cladding surface is clean and free of dust or debris. Verify your spacer dimensions match the cladding profile and your chosen electrical plate.
Step 2: Alignment
Align the spacer with the cladding grooves. The spacer is designed to sit perfectly in the profile, providing a level surface for the mounting plate.
Step 3: Fixing
Secure the electrical accessory through the spacer into the substrate. The spacer must be held in compression by the wall plate. Do not use the spacer as a structural bracket.
